Memory, public life and a longer process of reflection.
The project carries the memory of the 13 August 1944 massacre into the present life of Borgo Ticino.
It is an integrated civic programme concerned with historical memory and shared heritage. Its public presentation involved families of victims and the local Stella Alpina association.
Within this wider process, a healing-oriented sculpture is in development. It is one element of a larger civic context rather than a standalone memorial.
